Hosting an event at Kingsley Pines offers the unique opportunity to create a weekend get-a-way for up to 200 of your closest friends and family. With more than 50 individual cabins, we have something for everyone. Your guests can fall asleep to the sound of loons calling on the lake or to wind rustling in the pines. Our facility allows everyone the chance to share the experience of "sleep-away camp!"

Cabin Rates

  • Cottages are priced at $90 per person per night, Bunkhouses are priced at $75 per person per night, and cabins are priced at $60 per person per night.

  • A small number of Deluxe Cottages are also available. These vary in price and require a minimum two-night stay.

  • Children 12 and younger are free.

 

Wedding Guest Information

  • The Wedding Couple will make all final cabin assignments. Please contact them directly to make arrangements for your lodging.

  • Upon arrival, please check in at the Camp Office to complete your payment. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.

  • All cabins have electricity and screened windows.

  • Bed linens and towels are provided "Camp Style" which means they are placed neatly on the bed for you to make.

  • Kingsley Pines will not issue any refunds for early departures. If your plans change, please contact the Wedding Couple in advance to cancel or change your reservation.

  • Please discuss any need for special accommodations directly with the Wedding Couple.

DeluxE Cottages

  • Dragonfly - $450 per night

    Year-round cottage, spectacular lakefront location with a large outdoor deck and private dock. Fully insulated, heated and air-conditioned. 3BR (1 Queen, 1 full, 1 twin), 2BA, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa sleeps up to 6. Eat-in kitchen, all appliances, washer, and dryer, living room with TV.

  • Osprey - $350 per night
    Year-round cottage, fully insulated, 2BR (1 queen, 2 twins), 1BA, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, sleeps up to 6. AC, Gas heating stove, Eat-in kitchen, all appliances, washer and dryer, LCD TV, and screened-in porch.

  • Tamarack - $275 per night
    2BR, 1BA, AC, kitchenette, and living room. Sleeps up to 4.

Oak Cottage

The perfect cabin for a larger group who wants both privacy and together time. Oak features three bunk rooms with a shared bath in the front half and three bunk rooms and share bath in the back.

  • The rate for these is $90 per person/per night, plus tax.

  • Children 12 and younger are FREE.

  • Cottages provide an upgraded experience from bunkhouses and cabins, with some cottages having multiple rooms within the larger unit.

  • Each cottage sleeps 2-8 people.

  • Cottages have a finished pine panel interior and private bathrooms

  • Cottage beds range between stand-alone twins, twin bunks, twin-full bunk beds, and stand-alone queen beds.

Bunkhouses

  • The rate for these is $75 per person/per night, plus tax.

  • Children 12 and younger are FREE.

  • Bunkhouses create the perfect summer camp wedding experience.

  • Bunkhouses sleep 2- 8 guests in twin bunks and single bunk beds.

  • All Bunkhouses have electricity, screened windows, full bathrooms, and either ceiling fans or box fans.

  • Bunkhouses have two interior esthetics: rustic or upgraded insulated pine panel finishes.

Standard Cabin on Lakeside

  • The rate for these is $60 per person/per night, plus tax.

  • Children 12 and younger are FREE

  • Cabins provide a unique rustic camp experience as close to Panther Pond as possible.

  • Cabins have twin bunk beds, electricity, and screened windows.

  • Cabins have no running water. A communal bathhouse is located nearby for all your bathing needs.
